CCTV cameras which can 'predict' if a crime is about to take place are being introduced on Britain's streets.The cameras can alert operators to suspicious behaviour, such as loitering and unusually slow walking. Anyone spotted could then have to explain their behaviour to a police officer.

Banksy had a pirate showing in California last year (the painted elephant in the living room was so apropos for America). His following is small here, but enthusiastically behind him. I've posted quite a bit of Banksy's work over time...most of it in the ol' "Shouting in the Dark." I admire his mission.
